At Dive Cam Central, your satisfaction is our goal with every item and every purchase. If for any reason you aren't satisfied with an item you purchased from us, you can return the item within 60 days of the order date for a refund of the purchase price, not including the outbound shipping charge.

 

Before you return an item, you should know that we provide technical support for all of our products. If you bought it from us, we'll help you understand how it works and how to use it. With other sites, you have to get in line with the original manufacturer's support center ... and wait!

 

We keep our stock up to date!

If a product is listed on our site, it's in stock and ready to ship. If for some reason it's not in stock when you order it, we will notify you immediately. Our stock is dependent on manufacturer lead times. If you want a product RUSH shipped, please contact us for up-to-date lead times and to ensure that it's in stock before ordering.

We ship all orders to you within two business days or same day if ordered before 11am PST. The only exception is pre-orders, and when those arrive we ship them just as quickly. Our products are stocked, packaged, and ready to ship. With our standard shipping, you'll receive your order within five total business days. With other sites, it can take more than a week to ship your order (we've checked).

 

To sweeten the deal, we offer FREE Domestic UPS Ground shipping on all orders over $99. After your order is shipped, we'll e-mail you the tracking number. No worries.

 

We may be small - but we are efficient. We work closely with a 3rd party, professional fulfillment center to store and ship our products. We specialize in international orders. International shipments to countries outside of the U.S. are subject to import and duty fees enforced by the destination country's customs officials. Unfortunately, it is your responsibility to pay taxes (like VAT) when the shipment arrives. Before ordering, research your local customs fees and taxes.
